Roshan Patel

Roles: Director

Roshan Patel is an award-winning wildlife and conservation filmmaker. He has produced and directed several independent short films, including five previous selections at the festival, include Pride (2014) , Red Wolf Revival (2017), Field in Focus: Tracking Elephants (2019), Field in Focus: Predicting Pandemics (2019) and Spawning Hope (2020). Currently, he is the resident filmmaker and photographer at Smithsonian’s National Zoo and Conservation Biology Institute in Washington, DC.
