Roshan is a a co-founder / producer at Nestbox Collective based in Bozeman, MT. With a background of community engagement and environmental education, he is now pursuing a Master’s of Fine Arts in Science and Natural History Filmmaking. He has produced short films for a variety of topics, ranging from lions in western India to the impacts of the Deepwater Horizon oil spill on deep sea artifacts and ecosystems. His film, Pride, has won awards such as “Best Short” at the International Wildlife Film Festival (2014), and “Best Conservation Success Film” at the NY Wild Film Festival (2014). Additionally, it has screened at festivals around the globe, including Wildscreen (2014) and the Jackson Hole Science Media Awards. It is currently on tour with the Wild and Scenic Film Festival. Roshan is keen on exploring human relationships with our environment, and uses filmmaking as his way to share those stories.
