Mark London

Mark London, who practices law full time in Washington, DC in the area of commercial litigation, is the co-author of Amazon: Harcourt Brace Jovanovich, Editora Record and The Last Forest: The Amazon in the Age of Globalization. Along with the Amazonas Sustainabiltiy Foundation and Marriott International, Mark helped create the Rio Juma Reserve in the State of Amazonas, a revolutionary project tying the sale of environmental services to carbon avoidance. In 2011, Mark wrote and produced Shark Loves the Amazon, a 60-minute documentary about his personal view of the history of the Amazon region, highlighting perennial problems and providing ideas for solutions that have shown success.
