Sofia Jaramillo

Sofia Jaramillo is a Colombian-American documentary photographer and filmmaker based in the Tetons. Her work in photography and filmmaking focus on telling stories of underrepresented groups and disrupting traditional narratives in the outdoor space. Her mission is to tell the stories she wished she’d seen as a kid. Jaramillo got her start in photography working for newspapers as a photojournalist. Now she works as a Director, Executive Producer and Photographer. She is a National Geographic photographer and has worked for various editorial and commercial clients worldwide.
