Cid Collins Walker

Cid Collins Walker is the founder, executive producer and director of Black Opal Productions LLC.  In addition to documentary filmmaking, she has extensive experience in television and film production, creative direction, animation, print design and brand management. Her awards in television and film include four Telly Awards for her work in production design. She also served on the Board of Directors of Women in Film & Video, Washington DC two consecutive years as vice president of membership, and vice president of development.  She earned a B.A. degree in painting from Scripps College in Claremont, California and received a fellowship with the Whitney Museum of American Art in New York.
