Andrew Kornylak grew up in Ohio, and spent many an hour chin-to-knee catching crawdads or hunting fossils on the banks of the Four Mile Creek that ran along the family farm. A climber since the mid 90s, Kornylak was first drawn to photography though his vertical adventures on bigger rocks. His diverse photography and video client list includes National Geographic Adventure, GEO, Garden & Gun, Climbing, Discovery Channel and Eastern Mountain Sports. He now runs a photography and film production company, Fourmile Media, from Chapel Hill, North Carolina, where he lives with his wife and 3 children.
