Meghan Welsch

Meghan Welsch is the Tech Reform Program Director at Exposure Labs. Meghan has long been enamored with the transcendent nature of storytelling, having discovered at a young age art’s ability to transport. Always following a passion for supporting artists forging new paths, she has spent the last 15+ years working in art and film startups. Her previous work includes: the Austin Visual Arts Association, a community arts non-profit in Austin, TX; B-Side Entertainment, the first of its kind in-home distribution platform; Festival Genius, a tech platform for film festivals; and Tugg Inc., a crowdsourcing platform for theatrical and community screenings. Meghan joined Exposure Labs in 2017, leveraging prior experience to play an integral role in establishing the organization’s impact arm through campaigns for Chasing Coral and The Game Changers. She continues her work exploring new and meaningful ways to support artists in using storytelling for social change with a personal commitment to grow and push boundaries, lead with authenticity and empathy, foster community through inclusive, collaborative, and reciprocal relationships, and never stop in the pursuit of justice.
