Colin Scheyen is a Canadian filmmaker, author, and educator. His interactive documentary Mum’s The Word (2020) won the Grand Remi award at Worldfest- Houston International Film Festival and was the first ever recipient of the Mental Health Awareness award at Yorkton Film Festival. Other credits include Toxic Neighbour (2021) Love, Oran (2021) the Bell Fibe TV1 Series, Highway to Health (2018), director and producer credits of the short film An Endless Procession (2018), Director of Photography for the feature film The Secret Marathon of Afghanistan (2019), and direct of the broadcast hour film, Nuclear Hope. When not making films, Colin can be seen watching films, talking about films, and thinking about films.
