Alexandra Rojas

Alexandra Rojas is a founding member and currently the Executive Director at Justice Democrats. Under her leadership in the 2020 and 2022 cycles, JD recruited and elected Jamaal Bowman, Cori Bush, and Summer Lee to Congress. In 2018, she was part of the original team at JD that recruited and elected Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and endorsed Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, and Ayanna Pressley. Back in 2016, she was also part of the Bernie Sanders presidential campaign’s national distributed organizing team, helping to create and run the volunteer-led “barnstorm” program. Prior to that, she was a community college student and minimum wage worker in Orange County, CA where she first began organizing.
