Kit R. Roane is an award-winning producer at Retro Report, a non-profit news organization whose documentaries examine the events that that have shaped our past and continue to resonate today. Before joining Retro Report, he worked as a print journalist and documentary photographer, covering local, national and foreign assignments for a variety of publications, including The New York Times and U.S. News & World Report. Kit has reported on events, from the wars in Bosnia, Afghanistan and Iraq to the Los Angeles riots, the Oklahoma City bombing, the OJ Simpson case and the abuse of prisoners at Abu Ghraib.
