RAMÓN ARTURO ESPINOZA GUZMÁN is the Minister Advisor in Science and Technology for the Honduran Government. Previously, he was a professor of Chemical Engineering at the National Autonomous University of Honduras, where he was also head of the Chemical Engineering Department and Director of University Extension. He is the former Honduran Minister of Science and Technology and Commissioner of the Honduran Council of Science and Technology, COHCIT, and President of the Science and Technology Program for Central America and Panama (1994-1998). He manages his own social research company, through which he has worked for several governments and electoral campaigns in Honduras and other countries in the region.
