A best-selling author, Diane’s how to go green books, including “Big Green Purse,” have collectively sold almost a half-million copies. For three years, Diane wrote “Tips for Planet Earth,” a weekly green living column that was nationally syndicated by the Washington Post Writers Group. Diane lives with her husband and two children in the energy-efficient home they helped design and build in 1985.
