Lynn R. Goldman

As the Michael and Lori Milken Dean at Milken Institute School of Public Health at the George Washington University, Dr. Goldman’s responsibilities are informed by her broad and deep public policy and academic experience. Prior to joining GW in August 2010, she was professor of environmental health sciences at The Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.

A member of the National Academy of Medicine, she has chaired or served on numerous committees and forums. She currently serves on the National Academy of Medicine Governing Council and the Governing Board of the National Academy of Sciences. She serves as a member of the Advisory Committee to the Director of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and a member of the Food and Drug Administration Science Board.
