As Global Environmental Executive for Bank of America, Alexandra Liftman is responsible for the bank’s global environmental sustainability strategy, including business activities, operational initiatives, employee programs, public and corporate policy, and philanthropic and other investments. She works closely with executive management and senior leaders across the company to steward Bank of America’s industry-leading $125 billion environmental business commitment to address climate change and reduce demands on natural resources. Under her leadership, Bank of America has provided financing for low-carbon and other sustainable business activity and significantly reduced the environmental impacts of its own operations.

She is passionate about protecting the environment and is actively engaged in her community, including serving on the Boston Green Ribbon Commission and the Advisory Council and Boston Committee of The Trustees.
