Sophia Laggner graduated from the drama school Ecole Philippe Gaulier in Paris, France, in 2006. She has appeared in Austrian films such as “Nacktschnecken” by director Michael Glawogger, “Irgendwo ist heute” by director Barbara Albert and “High Performance” by director Johanna Moder. Since 2018 she is working as an assistant director for Nikolaus Geyrhalter and is responsible for the research for his upcoming film productions. In addition, she is currently working on the screenplay for a film adaptation of a novel by Austrian author Mela Hartwig.
