Jim Knowlton

Filmmaker Jim Knowlton has been making films with Jean-Michel Cousteau for many years.  Jim helped Jean-Michel produce the 11-hour PBS Series Jean-Michel Cousteau: Ocean Adventures, and the film My Father the Captain: Jacques Yves Cousteau.  Jim filmed an expedition with Jean-Michel as they explored tiny Swains Island, located 200 miles from American Samoa.  Jim then wrote and edited a 56 minute film titled, Swains Island – One of the Last Jewels of the Planet.
