Over the past fourteen years, Emre has developed and produced award-winning documentary series, one-off specials, digital interactive media, and feature docs for multiple global networks including Netflix, National Geographic, Discovery, History, ZDF, France Televisions, ID, MSNBC, TLC, and PBS. Although Emre’s work ranges in topics from crime to health, science, technology, and music, his core passion and interest lies in wildlife conservation and science, and has a special love of elephants. Mind of a Giant is Emre’s fifth film about African elephants. Career highlights include filming the birth of baby elephant Naledi in Botswana, touring the LEGO factory on a robotic crane, and riding shotgun with a narcotics unit on a meth lab raid.
