Paul Allen Hunton is a 3 time Emmy winning nonfiction filmmaker. He is the creator of 24 Frames, a documentary series aired regionally on PBS in the southwest, and the co-creator of the PBS Digital Series, Global Weirding hosted by Dr. Katharine Hayhoe. He is the Director of Texas Tech Public Media in Lubbock, TX and teaches documentary and media studies in the College of Media and Communication at Texas Tech University. Hunton is the Director of Between Earth and Sky an official selection of The Environmental Film Festival in the Nation’s Capital, and the Executive Producer of Through the Repellent Fence, an official selection of the South by Southwest(SXSW) film festival, and the documentary fortnight series at the Museum of Modern Art(MoMA) in New York. He is a native New Mexican on loan in Texas with his wife, Andrea and their 3 children.
