John Hoffman is Executive Vice President, Documentaries for Discovery. He directed and executive produced Sleepless in America (NatGeo,) the Emmy nominated The Weight of the Nation (HBO,) and produced the Emmy winning series Addiction and The Alzheimer’s Project for HBO. Hoffman oversaw the global premiere of Emmy nominated film RACING EXTINCTION. Under his direction, Discovery launched Discovery Impact, a slate of groundbreaking environmental documentaries. Recent titles SONIC SEA, KILLING THE COLORADO, and HUNTWATCH.
