Ani Henríquez

Ani is President of the NGO Asociación ProCosta, an organization dedicated to conserving marine ecosystems while improving local livelihoods in El Salvador. For over a decade, Ani has worked in marine conservation in the eastern Pacific region through conservation projects along the coast of El Salvador. She received a master’s degree in Natural Protected Areas from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in Spain and is a member of the Marine Turtle Specialist Group of the IUCN.
