Sarah Clune Hartman

Sarah Clune Hartman is a Peabody and Emmy award-winning television producer with decades of industry experience, many of them spent at the PBS NewsHour and most recently for the Under-Told Stories Project. She has traveled to Rwanda, Uganda, India, Pakistan and more to work on stories with the project including pieces that profiled medical drones, efforts to keep Ebola at bay and Pakistan’s 2022 floods. At the NewsHour, Clune produced hundreds of segments on single-day deadlines and supported long-term projects in a variety of roles, including as producer of the NewsHour’s Health Unit. She won a George Foster Peabody Award in 2019 for her work on the 5-part PBS NewsHour series, “The Plastic Problem.” She also was a media fellow at Harvard Medical School and the National Press Foundation Cancer Program.
