James C. Goudreau
Captain James C. Goudreau, SC, USN (Ret) spent over 26 years in the service of our nation. During his last five years in the Pentagon, he served in positions including the Acting Deputy Assistant of the Navy for Energy and the Director of the Navy Energy Coordination Office, leading Navy and Marine Corps efforts to reduce energy and climate vulnerabilities through technology, partnerships and behavior change. An expert in climate resilience and national security, he has deployed multiple times globally and witnessed first hand the impact of resource scarcity and climate change. He is a graduate of Norwich University, Troy University and the Tuck Executive Program at the Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth College.
