Rohan Fernando is a Canadian visual artist, painter, and filmmaker. He has directed two films for the National Film Board of Canada: Trudeau’s Other Children (2005) and Cecil’s Journey (2002). He has also directed The Chocolate Farmer (2010), Snow (2010), Elisha and the Cacao Tree (2012), and The Borderless Sky (2016).
