Erica Ginsberg is the Executive Director of Docs In Progress, a nonprofit incubator for documentary filmmakers that has organized work-in-progress screenings for 15 years, as part of a cadre of educational and artist services programs it offers for documentary filmmakers and from its headquarters in Silver Spring, Maryland and beyond. Erica is also Co-Host of The D-Word, the worldwide documentary filmmaking community, and is a documentary filmmaker whose most recent short Creative Feds explores the double lives of federal employees who moonlight as musicians. Her latest film California Dreaming explores the American Dream from the perspective of people in small towns across the country named California.
