Lisa Dougan serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Invisible Children, an international nonprofit organization headquartered in Washington, D.C., working to end violent conflict and exploitation facing the world’s most isolated and vulnerable communities. Prior to her current role, Lisa served as Invisible Children’s Director of Advocacy and Central Africa Program Advisor for three years. She has spent the last 14 years working to advance U.S. and international policies and oversee field-based programs that seek to improve civilian protection and strengthen community resilience across central Africa.
