Daniel Curry

Roles: Subject

Entrepreneurial owner of GRIPH (Guarding the Respective Interests of Predators and Humans) The first and only business in Washington state to focus on human-wildlife conflict mitigation using non-lethal methods. Executive director of RANGEPAL (Realistic Approach to Non-lethal Ground Engagement for Predators And Livestock) A non-profit that I will use to expand my methodology to a much larger geographic area thus helping more people and animals “co-thrive” on the landscape. Daniel Curry started working with wolves when he was twenty years old at a world-renowned captive wolf sanctuary. When he turned thirty, he jumped into the fray that is wolf recovery, to help build a bridge between animals and humans. Daniel’s entrepreneurial mind and idealistic heart motivated him to start the first and only business in Washington state that focuses on human-wildlife conflict mitigation using non-lethal methodology. Since then, he has developed the most successful method to facilitate “co-thriving” for wolves and rural America that Washington has seen. His vision and dedication have put him at the forefront of developing an effective, sustainable, and balanced approach to facilitate real change for the wildlife and people of Washington.
