Ben Crosbie and Tessa Moran are an Emmy-Award winning directorial team. Their previous environmental film The Guardians was nationally broadcast on PBS and internationally on ARTE and the Smithsonian Channel following a festival and community screening showcase. Their short film, Fate of a Salesman was nominated for a National Emmy Award and garnered a Capitol Area Emmy following its broadcast on PBS’ America Reframed. Ben and Tessa’s work has been supported by ITVS, BAVC and the DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities Artist Fellowship. They are both graduates of Georgetown University, where they taught documentary in its Film & Media Studies program. Ben and Tessa also produce documentary-style videos for various non-profit and governmental organizations.
