Rosie Baldwin

Rosie is a BAFTA-nominated documentary director, and has worked with the BBC, Channel 4, ITV and Vice.

Her broadcast directorial debut was nominated in the Short Form category at the 2021 BAFTA awards, and her award-winning short films have also been screened in cinemas nationwide as well as at BAFTA and BIFA-qualifying festivals.

With over 7 years’ experience in online and broadcast factual programming, she’s worked on current affairs films for ITV and BBC World News, and in collaboration with international charities including Water Aid.

In 2018 she was one of Sheffield Doc/Fest and ITF’s ‘Rising Directors’, and in 2021 she was selected for the Ones to Watch scheme at Edinburgh TV Festival.

She is an intuitive filmmaker and loves telling relatable, character-driven stories with warmth and humanity.
