Alejandra Liceaga has been dedicated to filmmaking since director Juan Ibañez gave her the opportunity to manage his feature film “MEXICO DE NOCHE.” Since then, she has worked as a production manager, field producer, and line producer for many directors and producers such as: Jean Michel Lacor, Arturo Ripstein, Luzma Rojas, Paul Leduc, Alex Cox, Errol Morris, Roberto Hernández, Layda Negrete, Carlos Carrera, Juan Carlos Rulfo, Carlos Hagerman, Lynn Sherr, Jorge Fons, and José Cohen. Alejandra’s clients include: ABC News, PBS, Granada TV, BBC, and World Focus. Recently, Alejandra was nominated for a News and Documentary Emmy Award for Outstanding Informational Programming for Field Producing the feature documentary, “Which Way Home.”
