Eve Golecruz

Eve Golecruz is a 22-year old senior undergraduate student at UNC-Chapel Hill in North Carolina, where she studies chemistry and communications with a concentration in media production. Her career interests are in cinematography for documentaries and short narratives, as well as working on sound for films and in post-production.

Her short documentary, “My vulnerable country,” was recently selected for the 2021 Oroquieta Film Festival in the Philippines. The film centers on Eve’s interests in exploring her cultural background as a Filipino-American and the identity diaspora that comes with being an immigrant, as well as allowing her to explore her interests in environmental documentaries.
