The Wild & Scenic Rio Grande River in Northern New Mexico flows south through the heart of the state. For Louie Hena of the Tesuque Pueblo, the river is an office, a provider and a home. Along with his wife, children and grandchildren, Louie teaches visitors about the river and its critical importance to his people, and us all.
