Mélanie Pitteloud is a Swiss Filmaker from Valais, born in 1979. Graduated in political science (University of Lausanne, McGill University/Canada), her interest for antropology brought her to the field of documentary cinema. She made her first movies by herself before following a professional workshop in documentary filmmaking in Canada (Institut National de l’Image et du Son de Montréal). In parallel to her own films, she has been the assistant and co-writer of Jacqueline Veuve.
