Seating Policy

All seats must be reserved in advance, unless otherwise noted. You may do so online at dceff.org/festival or at the venue box office (where available).

You MUST arrive 10 minutes before posted show time to guarantee your seat When you arrive, Patrons with tickets/reservations will be asked to join the RESERVED line which is prioritized. Badge holders and Friends of the Festival are added to the front of the line, then general ticket/reservation-holders.  All empty seats are released 10 minutes before the posted show time.

Patrons without reservations will be asked to join the STANDBY line. This line is prioritized as above. Once the Reserved line has entered the theater, remaining seats will be awarded to Patrons in the Standby line.

In order to fill our theaters and venues, DCEFF sometimes overbooks. Reserved seating is not guaranteed for late arrivals.  Be sure to arrive 10 minutes before posted show time.

Thanks for joining us and for helping make the Environmental Film Festival one of DC’s premier events.
